ODS CURE BOX evolves into an optimized curing machine that can cure with both light (light) and heat (temperature).

Although post-curing work is a very essential work that gives physical properties such as shade (color) and strength of the printout, the curing machine has been considered only as an auxiliary role used after 3D printer output. In particular, existing curing machines focused only on light (light) curing. However, it should not be overlooked that heat (temperature) curing is necessary in addition to light (light) curing to obtain dental printouts with stable properties and high reproducibility.

In other words, existing curing machines depended only on LED light and did not consider heat. Therefore, as the curing time gets longer or the number of curing increases, the proper temperature could not be maintained, and the temperature gradually increased. Or, there were many cases where those did not reach the proper temperature due to the cooling fan, so hardening was not done properly.

To solve these problems, ODS has released an curing machine optimized for both light and heat, CURE BOX. ODS Cure Box is a state-of-the-art complete UV post-curing machine that can be used for curing resins in 3D printers that were already in use. ODS is performing particularly well for post-curing of low-viscosity liquid resin materials.

For stability and durability of the ODS Cure Box, domestic products such as LG LED are used, and the amount of light increases linearly, maintaining a constant 300mW/ and maintaining the temperature optimized for curing. In addition, the user-friendly UI makes it easy to use even for first-time users, and the size of Ø150 x 110mm enables post-curing of various large and small prints.
